Quick Support from Mettle Staff via the app. The app is easy to use though the chat function can be frustrating as it when the phone screen locks (whilst waiting for next message in the chat) you have to unlock the app again, and then it goes back to the homepage instead of displaying the chat. Excellent experience, accessible for new business owners, and the connections to tools like FreeAgent are immensely generous and make a huge difference. The actual banking experience is simple, speedy, and great at simple tasks like categorising payments. I would happily recommend this to anyone starting out their business.
