I love my Mettle bank account.

I love my Mettle bank account. It is so easy to use. I’ve never had any problems with it and I did once have a reason for calling the bank and it was dealt with quickly and effectively by am very polite staff. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Have been with mettle for over a year now for my business and it has been nothing but exceptional. Any issues customer service always helps promptly. The pot feature allows me to allocate incoming money directly to the correct pots whether that is savings or tax without having to worry about it. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

It’s frustrating that mini statements are available. Mettle regularly runs checks that mean that payments fail / bounce. The help service is useful, but I regularly need it because of these 2 issues and wouldn’t need it if they were resolved. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
