We started our business in lockdown, and when we wanted to open a bank account none of the major banks were taking new business customers. after having Fails with cooperative, Tide, Lloyds and RBS finally a Bank (NAT West) that understands an SME requirements. The app is the best i have used so many useful features unlike ones in other Bank apps, at present totally free as well. Here is hoping they keep up the good work Reviewed on: 5th May 2020

No way to receive or make overseas payment s

After going through the sign up process Mettle informs me there is no way to make or receive payments from EU or overseas from their accounts and they have no plans to do so. No IBAN number which is standard on any business account. Very poor. Not a proper bank account. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2020
