It's so easy. Setting up the account and running it on a daily basis - the magic just happens. If you're paying someone for the first time, you get reminders to be vigilant. My bank account links with Free Agent, making accounting so much easier. All in all, it's a no-brainer. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I set up a Mettle account after seeing an advert through NatWest. I had been looking for a business account for a while and jumped in blindly — I’m so glad I did. It has revolutionised my business by giving me one platform to create professional invoices, send them, and receive payments, all in an easy-to-use app. I love the “pot” feature, which helps me set aside funds for tax, track progress with a goal photo, and stay on target each month. Any issues I have had there has always been a. Response within 10minutes I haven’t had a single problem unresolved to this day and every customer service assistant is very helpful I’ve been banking with mettle for over 12months and have recommended my staff to as well Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I switched to Mettle a little while ago, the process was seamless, and the mobile app is exactly what I need. Separate pots for whatever I need them for are easy to create and remove as and when, and customer support has always got back to me really quickly when I need them. Strongly recommend.
