It was very easy to open an account and the customer service has always been great, educated and helpful whenever I have needed it, unlike other services (Tide, for example). I am satisfied with their service in general and feel that my money is under safe hands. The partnership with FreeAgent is a feature that is very useful. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Really impressed with Mettle. It’s straightforward, free, and does exactly what I need for my business. The app is clean and easy to use, payments are instant, and the tax tools are very helpful.
