Review of the Monese, Money Account:

Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

We aren't quite sure what has happened here, but if you give our support team a call (monese.com/contact) they'll happily revisit this and try to help you get to the bottom of it. Monese is a great bank but the only Dow side is the customer service I can never get through to them or on the chat it takes them so long and my problems have never been resolved till now I’ve had things charged in my account and never been able to get the money back as they don’t respond quick enough then they close the chat and got to start all over again Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
