Someone else here wrote it and it's true. they are thieves.MONESE have stolen my money for over 75 days now they do not give them back. I have already made a complaint on FCA also saying to read that we are now hundreds of cases maybe thousands of people cheated and robbed by MONESE. FCA replied that they are under investigation and I hope they take away their license to NOT repeat again. We are in a forum of saving to do a class action against these liars scammers They promised me so many times to give me back money but do not do it .. THIEF !! give back the money that is not yours. REMOVE YOUR MONEY BY MONESE UNTIL YOU CAN !!!!! REMOVE ALL!! DO NOT BE LIKE US THAT WE HAVE LOST EVERYTHING. THOUSANDS OF STOLEN PEOPLE ON THE WEB MONESE have subtracted AND STOLEN over 7000 euros . I've been robbed .. beware thieves steal your money

Now it's been months since they stuck my money and they do not give it back anymore ... thieves !! give me back my savings !! do not give a penny to these thieves .. sooner or later if you keep them your money by calling laws and terms conditions that do not say that they will block you and steal your savings. do not you see how many people have been ruined by these scammers? do not you see that they use copy paste to answer? they told me that they gave them back a month and instead these thieves are keeping my savings. you have to do a class action against these scammers who steal our money. take away the license that these gentlemen have.. FCA WHERE IS ?? FCA you must protect citizens from scams. FCA WHERE IS YOUR CREDIBILITY?? why do not you intervene ?? on other website of reviews ( trustpilot ) they seem honest but maybe they have fake reviews. here you can see the real independent reviews .. in this website!! My account has been blocked trying to transfer 6k out to an account

Basically I’ve been banking with Monese I’ve had some large and small deposits go in my salary aswell as of the 2nd of July for some reason they locked my account and said they are reviewing my payment each time I call them they tell me they are escalating the situation and someone will get back to me I’ve already filed in for a law suit this is leaving hardship on me and my kids and I’m having to borrow money of others as a result of this Reviewed on: 6th July 2018

Disappointed. Lost money

Very disappointed with Monese. They have blocked my account last Wednesday. I’ve been calling them everyday to find out why. I had £2000. No money to pay rent, buy food. What they say? nightmare and injustice .. easy with the money of others.

stay away from these thieves. they are waiting for you to put in some real money (above 6 -7K) and then with some ridiculous excuse they lock your account .. around the network is now full story of scrubbed by monese. they say you give them after 30 business days after another 20 days have passed with the account blocked. We need to do a class action with FCA and prevent these thieves from seizing the money of others. A nightmare

I got locked out of my account all of sudden, and didn't get any information as of why was that. They just told me to check my activity last week to see if there was anything strange.. But it was just purchases at tesco, sainsburys and some buses I regularly take. Mind you, I have a "Plus" account even though I'm a student and have been more than happy with them till now. But it's been 5 days already and even have had to ask my family for money. I am taking all my money anywhere else as soon as I have access to my account again. Stay away from these tricksters. There's plenty of options out there. Update: All they can do, as expected, is copy+paste the answers over and over. Already a week and my account still locked. Reviewed on: 5th June 2018

Honest feedback tbh!

Listen I do not use Monese all the time however this company is just fantastic! Never any issues with payments or transfer times, I lost my card and ordered a new one came within a few days... I have current accounts with normal banks and the transfer times are a little faster hence why I don’t use it as my main account but anyone looking at getting an easy current account with all the thrills of a high street bank bar an overdraft go for monese! I can’t wait for there business account to become live for customers I really can’t! Ps I have accounts with all the other banks and this account is only second to U account. Accounts I hold Pockit Monese U account (frrees) Cash plus Card one Nationwide Monese rocks!!! Reviewed on: 10th May 2018
