Blocked thousands of accounts !!!

Recently I had trouble accessing my monese account. I didn't have a problem logging in but the landing page said "we will be in touch via email" etc. I could not access my money so I desperately called, emailed and called again but no response. Customer services hung up after putting me on hold for over an hour, twice. No response from my emails either. I was horrified to discover that this has happened to thousands of people and monese is not responding, citing they cannot respond for security reasons. Some people cannot access wages etc leaving them in terrible trouble. On investigation I see the same issue on forum after forum. DO NOT OPEN A MONESE ACCOUNT. I have requested my account be closed etc but am still being ghosted by them. Essentially they have stolen hundreds of thousands of pounds from people without consequences to their banking license or investigation by the FSA. Take a look online to read about peoples experiences. I was shocked and cannot believe I find myself in this predicament. PLEASE BE WARNED. Up till now I would have recommended them but this is very alarming. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

Help center turns in 5 days and hidden depositing cost

I deposited some money through PayPoint because in their help center the "cost" for depositing money is hidden in other links. Although they write "you can deposit at paypoints" with big puntos they hide the cost. Reviewed on: 19th February 2022

Blocked account

They are fucking wankers, I received my Student Finance £5.3k and they suspended my account they wanted details where from the money came I gaved all the details and now its one week am waiting for my money still nothing all they say is to wait I cant get to college, work, cant buy and food or anything as am with out a penny!!! Fucking wankers dont trust them dont open a account with them Monese is just stealing money !!! This is going to police I cant leave it just like that! Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

I'm going to kill myself becase of Monese and just want the world to know

Monese won't give me access to the money from my dead mothers account, even though im the rightful heir and they are also holding nearly £7000, as they decided to not process a transfer from them to another account I have in Europe. They are currently holding all my money and I have nothing left, no family left and no way to access it, so it's game over for me. If it doesn't appear this weekend or they don't contact me then I will leave behind notes and evidence of what they have done after to be read after my death and sent to the press, the police and whoever else can expose them. Answer me! I have been trying to call and email. No response. I have spoken to the person who reported a transaction and they contacted there bank to get the report removed so my bank should be open. Why are you not getting back to me?! Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
