They are fucking wankers, I received my Student Finance £5.3k and they suspended my account they wanted details where from the money came I gaved all the details and now its one week am waiting for my money still nothing all they say is to wait I cant get to college, work, cant buy and food or anything as am with out a penny!!! Fucking wankers dont trust them dont open a account with them Monese is just stealing money !!! This is going to police I cant leave it just like that! Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

I'm going to kill myself becase of Monese and just want the world to know

Monese won't give me access to the money from my dead mothers account, even though im the rightful heir and they are also holding nearly £7000, as they decided to not process a transfer from them to another account I have in Europe. They are currently holding all my money and I have nothing left, no family left and no way to access it, so it's game over for me. If it doesn't appear this weekend or they don't contact me then I will leave behind notes and evidence of what they have done after to be read after my death and sent to the press, the police and whoever else can expose them. Account pending verification for over 2 months, sent out 4 emails, never got any replies

I've recently decided to try some freelance work, and I got Monese recommended to me by several of my friends for their ease of use and simple registration. Oh boy was I in for a ride. To give credit where credit is due, the registration process really is straightforward, you fill out your information, do a photo session with your passport and then wait for them to verify your account. This is where everything went downhill. After I did the KYC I got a screen stating that my information is being verified and that I will get a notification when my account is verified. THIS WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. This screen is still there when I log in to the app. I've tried using their live chat which is useless since it only lets you talk to a bot. I've sent FOUR emails, two to their official support email address, and two trough the app to a different address. I never got any reply. For this to be even more infuriating, one of my friends registered a week after I did, and he already received his card. It took them 15 minutes to verify him. This is absurd, if there is a problem with my verification at least have the common courtesy to give me a notification that my application is denied or reply to my emails. I DO NOT recommend their service, there are much better alternatives out there. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2021

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've been a customer for nearly two years: the service has been terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A year ago, they kept nearly £6000 of my money and didn't transfer it to my account for 6 weeks. This caused me severe financial issues. In addition, 6 weeks ago, they suspended my account saying they needed some identity and address information. I supplied that information (the same information used to open my account) got no reply for 6 weeks and now they say they are closing my account ! Good riddance to bad rubbish...a terrible "bank". My friend’s account has been blocked with all savings without any reason! No answering the phone or email! You have thousands and thousands of complaints every social media platforms, websites and Google. How can you keep running this company ?
