Blocked Account whit no reason

i have been using my account for almost one year,have the salary on it,saving money for my little daughter ,receiving parts of the momey,spent for school things from other parents colleagues on my daughter school colleagues, and in one day whitour notice ,they close my Account whit more the 2000£ on it.received an email whit what I have to do,reply on it,and tried to contact them on email or phone but no answer.is almost 3 weeks of and no money back how they said on other my account.and ofecours no reply till now. Blocked account

Same problem as with everyone else at about the same time. I just changed my phone and my account has been blocked for over a month now. I have not been contacted and don't tell me to wait i have been waiting for way longer than anyone should. This is obviously some scam going on with all the online banks because the complaints for blocked accounts have gone way up all at the same time. Do NOT by any means use these types of online "banks". You'd end up with no money and a ton of headaches. Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

AVOID At ALL COSTS !!

Extremely poor customer support ! Hidden fees ! you have to top up with money to see their exchange fees. they kinda force you to buy their card, and there is no option to cancel the order if you do it by mistake. Blocked account

Scam All I did was change my phone then my account was blocked! No telephone number to be able to talk to someone just emails which say wait for contact from our compliance team! Not heard a word from the compliance team tried so I will be reporting Monese to the financial ombudsman this is not a way to run an online bank total scam! I want MY MONEY BACK! SCAM BANK

My account has been blocked since May till now no response from this stupid bank, over £2000 and no one is saying anything. I have reported to FSA to help track this rogues and get my money back. Reviewed on: 5th September 2021

Monese have blocked my partners account after he tried to transfer money over to another account he uses monthly. Received one email back saying they could transfer the remaining balance over to another account however this didn't include the original transfer money. Since then we have received no further emails/have tried to call everyday. He doesn't even have access to the app as they have closed his account so he can't even access the rest of his money. This is the account his NHS salary went into. Aboustely applaing behaviour. Have contacted the FOS in the UK for advice and will be taking this further if we do not hear back soon. Hopefully soon the ombudsman receive enough complaints to revoke their banking license. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Since 21.6.2021 my Account is being blocked and monese is not interested in releasing my Money or open my Account again. I am getting only the same Answers everytime all 2-3 Weeks but no solution.
