BLOCKED ACCOUNT WITHOUT REASON. M8063926

I ve been Monese customer x 3 years but i rarely used, i decided transfer mysejf from another non monese account in Europe some money, i liquidated some funds so. I msfe 3 consecutive transfers. They were credited, i never thought transferring money - my money to Monese would be seen as an alert, next morning i checked and saw my account blocked and in my email a message saying i d receive a message within 10 workings days, they said if they needed anything they d contact me, i contacted them replying to the email and cc ing support @ monese.com, they answered the same. I dont accept this, i have w decent amount in my account, i have not done anything wrong, they do not reply, the deadline is due, they are not serious, actually it seems fair thinking they are scamming us. I read someine contacted closures. @ monese.com, they dont reply. What sort of comany are they? Avoid Monese, it s crap, non existent customer service, who knows what rules they set but sure thats benefitial onlynto them. Monese ID:M8063926 Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

M31117812 People stay away avoid those "SCUMBAGS" My account was closed on 16.03.2021 ! I wrote the response letter immediately as soon as I realised my account is closed with all details provided, where I asked to transfer my balance, which was in the account at the time of closing and I'm ignored to this day! Please tell me how long I have to wait for my money back so far I didn't received single email from Monese since my account was closed !! Scumbags scamming innocent people !! Everyone stay away get account with more reportable Bank !!!

M31117812 Since my account was closed with no explanation on 16th of March and all my money was taken i keep waiting to get email from Monese up until today no luck keep getting automated emails on Trustpilot no other communication !! Scam please avoid !!

Monese account - M31117812 Not recommended to anyone was paying for premium plan single payment over £100 only on the 1 of March all sudden my account get closed yesterday with all the money over £600 no communication whatsoever they running a massive scam by looks of it was saving money awards paying my children's expenses now everything gone very disappointed people be aware !!! Update I managed to call someone from Monese today however agent was very rude didn't explain anything and hang up !!! Please avoid.... Reviewed on: 17th March 2021

Scam

I used my Monese account as principal since January 2020. My account was then closed with a balance of 1560£ in it, without any warning nor notification. I have no money to my bills. When I call them, they keep telling me that I have to wait for the email from their complaints support. And, I sent them too many emails, without getting any answer. They keep ignoring me! Avoid them !!! They are thieves ! Certainly, they will answer to this review to tell that they don’t close any account without any valid reason. But they dit close hundreds of accounts without ANY VALID REASON. They just wait for your account to get filled with money and then they will just close your account and steal your money! But Monese, be sure that I will do everything to get my money back and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ! I have already field complaints with the Financial Ombudsman and with FCA. Blocked and taken my money

It’s nearly been ten months since they blocked my account. On numerous occasions they have said it’ll be refunded into the account I’ve sent and nothing has been received. I spoke to someone once who said they can’t access the account and tell me what’s going on because that’s there policy. Wtf. Do not open an account with them whatsoever Reviewed on: 8th March 2021
