Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Monese is a great app, built through and through for mobile banking rather than as a mobile version of a desktop site. Easy to use, simple linking of GBP and EUR accounts cuts out currency fees when you travel, and regular bonus offers to boot. Indispensible! Reviewed on: 9th February 2020
