Navigating through the platform is very easy thanks to its user-friendly interface. It provides a smooth experience that caters to all levels of expertise with its useful guides and short videos ensuring that anyone can meet their financial goals. When I've contacted customer support through chat, they have been quick to respond and given clear and concise answers. The graphs in the app make it make it easy to visualise progress, allowing me to make informed decisions and stay on track toward achieving my goals. I love the app and the service provided by moneybox. I have almost all accounts open with them (pension, stocks and shares, lifetime is a, savings etc.). Easy management and lots of learning

It’s been the easiest thing to manage my account on Moneybox, and the support chat function is great. More than that, the app has helped me learned much more about how to best manage my money. I read articles on it, attended a webinar, and made use of free expert advise on the phone. I couldn’t have asked for better support to get my financial life ready for the future! So easy to use, I feel in total control.

The app is so easy to use, I feel in total control of my savings and well informed about how to make the most of what’s available to me. I’ll be buying my own home later this year and I honestly don’t think I could have saved this much without Moneybox. My daughter and her boyfriend have just started using it too.
