Review of the Moneyfarm, General Investment Account:

Confident and Reassuring

My mother has always said saving and investment is key for the future. I have always found it easier to just a ave then invest as my knowledge of investment has been quite overwhelming. With Moneyfarm, they make me feel very confident in my understanding of where my money that I invest is going. Their customer service has always been above and beyond, their website and app are clear and easy to navigate and shows where your money is being invested and handled by a leading group of experts. They are always clear and consistent with what they plan to do and what action they are taking when big changes happen in the market as it can be volatile and ever changing. I know there are risks but there are also rewards for long term investment. I am confident and feel very reassured with using Moneyfarm. Any new beginners or those who don’t know where to start, they will be there to help you take your first steps and help build your confidence in investing. Good communication.

Good communication. Overall given the state of the markets, not helped by poor political planning and decision, the accounts while struggling at times have weathered sufficiently to assist the tax man. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Been with Moneyfarm for a number of years and general investing account is doing well, only had one occasion to call moneyfarm with an issue but all was sorted straight away.
