First class customer service

Had a rate change enquiry which was dealt with promptly and expertly. The initial contact was by email but a member of staff telephoned me to follow up on my query and further assistance was given today by Jamie Warburton who knows his onions!! I have a current mortgage with yourselves but I am looking to move home so I have been speaking to Michelle Groves who has taken me through the application so far and all I can really say is that she is an absolute asset to the company, she is polite and courteous, provides all information and explains everything perfectly.
