Absolutely unacceptable!

Absolutely unacceptable! I arranged a call with a mortgage advisor, clearly stating my overseas location and need for a phone number for the appointment. The call handler acknowledged this, yet the mortgage advisor didn't bother to respond to any of my emails, completely wasting my time. This lack of professionalism is utterly disappointing. They should have at least had the courtesy to acknowledge my emails. Don't bother with these so-called professionals. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2024

Thanks to Leon, we were able to get a mortgage for our new home after being let down on three occasions by a mortgage broker. Leon was professional, explained the process clearly and supported us during the application process. I wish we did a mortgage application weeks ago to save the drama! Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

Not having mortgaged a holiday let before we were re...

Not having mortgaged a holiday let before we were recommended Monmouthshire as a possibility. I dealt exclusively with a gentleman called Leon Jenkins and from the very start his service was impeccable. Very kind, took his time, quite funny, whilst also being incredibly thorough and realistic. Put us at ease and never made us feel awkward for asking questions. Cannot praise him highly enough.
