Personalised service

We applied for a Holiday Let Mortgage 3 years ago. There are very few providers. I was impressed then by the personal feel of the service I got and the fact that i didn't need to be passed around to anonymous teams for a decision in principle and got follow up from the same contact (Adviser) all the way through. Last year I had a complaint regarding timing of a renewal notice and it was handled well and very fairly.
