All staff have been friendly, helpful and welcoming whenever I have come to branch. The staff have interacted in a friendly and appropriate level with my 11 month old son It has a very family feel at Caldicot. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Improve the website to go online to check accounts as I have tried 4 times and it still does not work, even after the staff at St Davids branch Cardiff have helped to do it. Either the log in does not work or the letter does not arrive. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
