Personal and helpful staff. On a recent visit they noticed I was upset and offered me a seat and tea, really appreciated this level of service follow my partners bereavement., completely different level of service that I experienced with a bank on the same morning. I prefer to speak which staff in person reference services offered and hope this level of customer support continues. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

I handed my certificate of probate with regards to my late wife to your Chepstow branch. I had a phone call the same day and the money was transferred to my accounts. Impressive by any standards. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025
