Because I live local, don't drive and can walk to the Penarth agency. Sarah is a godsend, she is more than just a cashier, she goes above and beyond and I would struggle if she wasn't around, she is a superstar. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025

It is wonderful to come into the branch and speak to Carol and Nina in person. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and caring. We wouldn't go anywhere else as we feel our money is safe and secure. Carol/Nina explain the products really well so we understand them fully. Reviewed on: 25th January 2025
