I have found it impossible to get online banking set-up. At the very end of my regular save I have discovered it operates calendar monthly and not from the date of my first deposit which was on the 19th. I assumed each month range from 19th to 19th. I discovered today that I have lost out on a lot of interest from the 1st of each month. I cannot find this in the T&Cs of the account. Reviewed on: 27th December 2024
