Just joined the Caldicot brnch. Loved that I could see someone in a room and open an account with Neil, as Lloyds was online only!! And it is local. Reviewed on: 9th November 2024

I love going to the Caldicot as it is local. I wish your accounts had direct debits but that would mean you changing to a bank, so no I guess. Reviewed on: 9th November 2024

Took out a new 1 year fixed rate bond. Everything was explained perfectly in a relaxed, reassuring manner. Very good customer relations at the Newport - Caerleon Road branch. Reviewed on: 9th November 2024
