Found via internet and attracted to the good interest rates offered in a very tight market plus I like to support local businesses as far as possible (I visit Clevedon frequently). The ease and efficiency with my application for a product was excellent and the letters nicely worded so that I felt I was dealing with a real person who wanted to ensure that I was valued as a member and not just another anonymous account number. The Monmouthshire are a great building society. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Also their accounts offer some of the best interest rates on the market at the moment!
