Opened a new ISA, closed previous accounts and a transfer/withdraw funds. Emma was super quick, and explained all the accounts/transactions clearly. Really quick service and great customer service. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2023

I like the friendly, local place, it's convenient. You could improve as there is no complaints system with a follow-up, it's taken 2 weeks to determine if a cheque eas cashed and at least 3 telephone calls/3 personal visits too. The Monmouthshire Building Society had the cheque in their possession from 21/09/23 and I have a letter from my bank saying it hadn't been paid into my account. It's really upset me.
