Found via internet and attracted to the good interest rates offered in a very tight market plus I like to support local businesses as far as possible (I visit Clevedon frequently). The ease and efficiency with my application for a product was excellent and the letters nicely worded so that I felt I was dealing with a real person who wanted to ensure that I was valued as a member and not just another anonymous account number. Great Building Society

The Monmouthshire are a great building society. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Also their accounts offer some of the best interest rates on the market at the moment! If you ever have any queries about your accounts or moving money to different accounts, the staff are always happy to give you impartial advice - just give you the facts about each product so you can make an informed decision. Monmouthshire Building Society: Second To None & Where Customers Always Come First.

I opened the Celebration Savings Account, with our local Monmouthshire Building Society, via phone & post which was made possible and easy by Neil, The Branch Manager. Neil is always very helpful, friendly and rings back when he says he will with any information and follows up with written confirmation, by post. Amazing

Everytime I've gone into the bank with any issues I've had them delt with the same day. Even when I've had both kids with me, the staff have made sure the kids were occupied with things to do whilst they sorted out the issues. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019
