Friendly Local Service with Competitive Rates

Opened a new ISA with Monmouthshire and found the service first class. It was so nice having a local branch where you could speak to a human being. We have no banks in our town so it was refreshing to be able to pop into branch for advice and support. Clear, friendly advice, a Building Society that feels part of the community..

I opened an account with the society on recommendation of my 92 year old father. After the death of my mother he had several frustrating experiences with banks and building societies with whom he who has had personal and business accounts for over sixty years, were very unhelpful in helping process my mother's estate. The staff at the Monmouthshire were not only very helpful, but, he said, considerate and sensitive. He even goes in there for a chat when he is feeling lonely. So I followed his recommendation and opened an account. And he was right, lovely staff offering clear and professional advice. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Welsh Society That Looks After Your Money
