Staff always very friendly. Online systems somewhat cumbersome, need refining (and savings rates tend to be slightly lower than competition). Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

ISA matured.

Had to go in to reorganise my ISA as it had matured. I wasn’t really sure what I needed to do or my options but Claudia was incredible helpful and made the whole process easy. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025
