My Monzo Experience

I have been a business customer for a few years now. The times when I have had to contact customer service the experiences were superb. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable; each time they were able to provide the answers I needed immediately. Very easy to open a business account.

Very easy to open a business account. Other banks turned us down but monzo made it very easy and easy to speak to a real human! The app is very easy and accessible and love that it connects to xero!!!! Reviewed on: 9th April 2024
