Modern Business Banking as it should be

Moving from HSBC to Monzo has been fantastic. Native integrations into Xero are great as a small business onwer, as is app-based access and Debit Cards for the whole team. It's great to feel like we're at the forefront of banking, rather than stuck in practices of the past. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

For no apparent reason, Monzo decided to close my bu...

For no apparent reason, Monzo decided to close my business account. My credit rating excellent, good positive bank balance. No explanation just closing date for business bank account. Luckily I have other business bank accounts so no issues. I pity anyone with no other bank business accounts the business would be stuck. I cannot recommend this unreliable bank!! I have genuinely never had any issues with Monzo and think their continued focus on both convenience and safety is admirable. I've made my entire family sign up. The first time seeing the card with my shop name was...

The first time seeing the card with my shop name was incredible! I loved how easily it was to transfer cash between accounts. The team was super friendly and reached out to ask about my product feature requests. Overall it was a great experience. I used it for my Etsy shop, which was my first time handling business expenses and found it to be very intuitive as it had everything I needed and it connected with Quickbooks very easily and made filing tax easy.
