I love using Monzo, it makes banking fun

I love using Monzo, it's user-friendly and makes banking simple and 'fun'. I like the layout and the pots. It's also so handy to have the option to send invoices and create QR codes for payment. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Best banking app I have ever used

I’ve been using the Monzo Business banking app for a while now and it has genuinely transformed the way I manage my business finances. The app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Everything from tracking payments to managing expenses can be done quickly and clearly from your phone. The real-time notifications are particularly helpful, as they allow you to keep on top of incoming and outgoing payments instantly, which is invaluable for day-to-day cash flow awareness. One of the standout features is how well the app organises your finances. Transactions are clearly categorised, making it much easier to review spending and keep accurate records. Exporting information for accounting is simple, and it integrates well with bookkeeping tools, which saves a huge amount of time compared with traditional business banking. The ability to create pots, attach notes or receipts to transactions, and manage everything digitally means there’s far less admin. It feels like the app has been designed specifically with small business owners in mind. Overall, Monzo Business strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and powerful functionality. It’s fast, reliable, and makes business banking feel modern and efficient. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward, well-designed banking solution for their business. Love the fact you can setup a tax pot and now they are also MTD ready for the new tax year! Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Never worry about tax again!

Absolutely love the automatic pots to help set aside money for tax, savings etc. I also love how you are notified prior to direct debits leaving if more money is needed to be added to the account. A summary of your cash flow is given monthly, and the newest feature is MTD, which will save so much hassle going forward with digital tax returns. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Good for my adhd brain

Set up easy - invoicing easy , transfer money and encouraged to organise into pots - very easy - good for my adhd brain- easy to set up overdraft - not ridiculous fee and sensible and manageable amount. Love it. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
