Worst customer service

Don’t be fooled by Monzo banks false reviews I was a victim of a scam nearly 3 days now Monzo froze my business account but yet my money has been returned I have had to close my business for the last 2 days now because I can’t use my business account and the customer service I would leave them a minus star review if I could all they tell you is the relevant department will be in touch I will now take Monzo to court to seek compensation for the 2 days I have had to close my business worst customer service by a bank Reviewed on: 22nd July 2023

Fantastic banking & products

I’ve been a member now for a few years. I recommend Monzo to all my family & friends. Having worked in the financial industry myself for around 20 or so years, I am in no way affiliated to Monzo other than having a personal Premium Account through personal choice. Brilliant perks. Great to use abroad. Interest on current balances. Travel insurance products. Phone insurance products. Lots of additional products. Excellent friend for your business

Had to be said. Having g been from pillar to post with many banks for my business needs. Monzo far surpasses any other high street bank by far. Their excellent features coupled with the app make it extremely easy to do all my day to day banking. Reviewed on: 12th April 2023
