Monzo offer a free bank account for under 16s, with controls set by their parent or guardian.

Kids get their own neon card and can see their money in the Monzo app. Parents or Guardians can keep an eye on the account, set spending limits and schedule pocket money.

Excellent technology that makes interaction works excellently. Able to work around the interface perfectly I can use it whilest abroad and able to share the link on the app for payments.
