About this product

Monzo offer a free bank account for under 16s, with controls set by their parent or guardian.

Kids get their own neon card and can see their money in the Monzo app. Parents or Guardians can keep an eye on the account, set spending limits and schedule pocket money.

They have a great mobile app and are always innovating with new and exciting product offering. Their app is user friendly with near zero downtime. Great company. Great products. I first took the children account for one of my sons, but had to apply for the other as it added financial literacy for the kids. Reviewed on: 8th February 2025
