Loving Monzito

Ive been a member since 2019 and it was around those times that i found about smart banks which monzo obviously comes under. Ive never had a bad experience with them, the chat team are always so polite and make you feel comfortable and accommodated - they even offer support emotionally, mentally and financially. Great, easy to use app.

Great, easy to use app. I use the Monzo Max plan which gives travel insurance, phone insurance, break down cover, and a free Greggs sausage roll each week. Also offer other services like Flex which helps break down big payments into 3 interest free payments. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Love, love, love Monzo

Monzo has been so incredible to use, moving to the UK from Australia it was an account that was easy to set up, simple to use and so convenient when splitting bills with friends. I've been able to save more than I have in years using their pot account as a savings and rounding up with my purchases. The customer service has been so amazing too, I have had to reach out to them twice (once to report fraud and the other to approve a time sensitive large house deposit payment) and both times they have responded quickly and been so helpful.
