I have never had a massive issue with Monzo, the app is great, the perks are great, I like the Monzo flex idea and the penny challenge is brilliant. The only gripe I have is that even though I have a good credit score, I couldn't get a loan through Monzo. Apart from that, no issue! Although I'd love the chance to win the prize draw and double my salary one month! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Monzo provide the best service!

Monzo provide the best service! They make banking easy and enjoyable. I love the fact I can have various pots for my money. I can see my live credit score which is a huge reassurance. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026
