Great bank

Super easy to use compared to all the other banks out there. I’m all in, bills, salary and savings! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Makes banking friendly and stress free

All the way from signing up though to years of use it has been refreshing and entirely stress free to bank with. Makes your current and money situation transparent and takes away all fear of delayed payments or surprise fees. Great to take on holiday and offers the best exchange rate. All the banking features have clearly been rethought from the ground up with the user primarily in mind resulting in a very pleasant experience overall. Although, I'm not so keen on the pink colour, but that's a small price to pay. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Excellent

Monzo does everything I need it too!

Super quick to set-up. Super quick to receive cards. Super quick to arrange a joint account. Overall a super enjoyable experience. I tried that other banking app, Swift after being with Monzo just to see what all the fuss is about and it’s not a patch on Monzo. Secret sauce to building an awesome bank for us (the people)

I really buy into the approach that Monzo are taking in building up their banking product, with a vision to be a financial hub for many needs - this is what I want. I have long been dismayed by the current run of the mill high street banks. I'm a massive champion of Monzo, always touting it to friend, family, people in shops, anyone! Watching events they hold you can see they are genuinely focused around their customers need, and have a long term vision into the future. I'm enjoying the ride! I know there are other companies that are also doing some fantastic work in this space, and I've tried many of them. There is just a level of detail in the way that Monzo consider an experience which trumps the rest. I feel this is being baked into the companies culture and DNA, and it's this that will spring them further forward in the years to come. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
