Simple to use, great UX with so many useful features build on the app - from loans, to savings you can have it all in one bank, with no fees associated. Also free EEA withdraws! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Great bank and security is number 1

Monzo seems to be a top class bank and the customer service is amazing I have rated them 5 stars every year I’ve been with them. Security is also very tight and okay the temporary account hold can be hard work but once your in contact with the customer service and provide details of whatever it was that flagged the account. I’ve only had this happen once when a large amount was paid in to my account. One little niggle is charge backs are hard work at times when paying for something which didn’t arrive and then having to go through the process of providing screen shots of the invoice etc and emails to the merchant. The chargebacks take a lot longer than a high street bank but of course Monzo do not have branches and all is done online. Current accounts, joint current accounts and investments are good. The savings pots are a good idea but interest rates aren’t huge but this is expanding a lot. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Customer service is efficient, great fx rates to spend abroad, very user friendly app, lots of saving options, best international transfer rates (in partnership with Transferwise) and to top it off super flashy bright coral colour debit card (looks amazing). Feature-rich, clear, easy to use

By far the best banking experience I've had. The whole product is feature-rich (from the app to integrations, such as open APIs, Google Pay [COME ON, BARCLAYS], etc). Immediate transaction updates, actually useful reporting, simplicity in sending money to friends... Just brilliant. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

They are very consumer focused and keep us updated and I feel looked after I get a reasonable response for an online bank that does not interrupt my day to day work by calling hight street banks on my break. Suits my lifestyle perfect Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020
