An excellent bank that has consistently surpassed expectations

Switching to Monzo has indeed been one of the best decisions I have made. It has been a dream using the app to track my spending, has helped me improve my budgeting, and has overall been a pleasure to use. I’ve been quick to recommend Monzo to my friends and family due to it’s benefits over traditional banks. They are not perfect, but they listen to the customers and continuously make improvements. Smart

Everything "just works" and seamless in the app. Get instantly notified by any change to your account, heads-up on direct debits, split payment even with people not on Monzo; and tons of other useful features. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Slick, easy to use, well featured, transparent

I've never had a banking experience like that with Monzo. Even with the unpaid account, the ability to move money into pots so easily massively helps with my budgeting. The app is easy to use, and on the rare occasions I've had to use the customer service, it's always been prompt and helpful. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking for today

I recommend Monzo because they are constantly evolving and are built with new technology at the core, meaning I get the most up-to-date banking tools without a long wait. Help is always a quick chat away and it's rare that I have any banking problems, as the app and services are all so smooth and fast. Most flexible bank ever

I have been a customer of Monzo for over a year. It has been the easiest banking experience I have ever had from communicating about a suspect payment to general day to day banking. Going full Monzo
