Great service

Only got good things to say about Monzo. I had a problem with a foreign company but Monzo sorted it out for me via chargeback and I received a full refund. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy to set up and user friendly

The monzo experience from day one has been easy and user friendly. The App has allowed me to better save and control my spending. Sending and receiving money is easy. It is the best banking system I have ever used. I have had 3 other banks prior to this and left each due to troubles with technical issues and poor customer services. Banking made easy

Ever since moving to Monzo I’ve been able to keep track of all my expenses. Everything is simple and in front of you, no more waiting a week for charges to come in or go out etc. Simple Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best bank ever.

After being frustrated with other banks where transactions take days to appear and being unable to budget effectively without setting up a spreadsheet - I switched to full Monzo. Monzo is the way forward!

There’s no wait time or call centre nonsense, you can just send a message in the app if you need a hand and they’ll get back to you quite quickly! The app is user friendly and I like the option to round up my payments for savings. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
