Revolutionised budgeting for me

Using Monzo has fundamentally changed how I interact with money. I am so much more in control of my spending and haven’t used my overdraft at all since making the switch. The instant transaction notifications have also saved me from potential fraud this week and after I froze my card and reported it I got a new card the very next day. Absolute hero’s. Changed the way I bank

I always was and still am frustrated at the pace at which legacy banks crawl forward. Whilst Monzo's pace has slowed as they've become more established, they're still head and shoulders above the competition and their transparency of their plans and active developments is great. The only uses for my legacy bank now is for their credit card offering and to issue cheques when the rare occasion arises. Reviewed on: 17th January 2020

Best bank by far

Best concept since sliced bread

Just an over all INCREDIBLE concept and company. Never have I been so passionate about a corporate company in my life especially in an industry such as banking. I mean everyone hates banks and bankers. Monzo is an exceptional company down to every last detail. The customer service is impecable! Their fees are affordable. I am a avid traveller so this company is catered to me. I once lost my bank card in bolivia and 2 weeks later i received my new one in peru as requested. I find myself speaking of monzo so highly I have even recommended them to people in countries they arent even in. I honestly cannot imagine banking with anyone else anymore. Feature rich and simple to use

From signup to making a full switch to Monzo, its been straight forward and has gone very smooth. The app and its features is great. A lot of colleagues and friends use it so splitting bill or sending/requesting money is simple and instant! Reviewed on: 17th January 2020
