Super Easy to Use

I love Monzo. Initially got it for a spending money account, but then switch over as my main current account. I love that you can pay bill form separate pots, really helps me to budget. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Quick, easy and reliable

I love monzo because it’s easy to use and great to manage savings and money (love the round up approach). I like the style of the app with emojis and easy transfers to friends/bill splitting (great features for modern banking). I also love how quick the team react to your needs, a new card comes instantly if needed and fraud is investigated so quickly and reliably. It’s the best bank I’ve ever used! So modern, reliable and user friendly. I also love that transactions are cashed instantly- there’s no waiting for available balance and transactions to catch up which means you know instantly where your money is spent and how much has been spent as you go. It really helps me save and manage money well. I could not go back since joining monzo. Love it! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

A bank for the 21st century

Everything about this bank is just easier than dealing with the legacy banks. For ease in opening the account to the slick UI and usefulness of the savings pots, everything about this bank seems to make things just that little bit simpler and more convenient for customers such as myself. From Mondo to Monzo - Always the best

Right from the moment you start using the app, you realise how much effort they put into the tiny details. It is true that they don't do every account type under the sun, but this is what makes them the best current account. When you have issues, you can forget about broken ticket systems or outdated call centres. In just a few minutes you are chatting with a real person who knows their stuff.
