That app is awesome!!!

Monzo Bank and their bank app...the way they give me alerts for EVERY transaction is just my best part of their business. Makes monitoring my money SO easy! Also, they have these savings pots you can lock, pots you can set to automatically pay your direct debit and standing order bills, pots that round up your change and helps you save! An awesome bank

Everything just works, as you would expect from a bank. Pots and the ability to pay bills from a separate pot is a really good feature. Using the app. is simple and straightforward. Their support is very good but not as good as it used to be. Doesn't change my review from 5 stars but if the customer service level declines further, it will. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

They get me

Monzo is the first bank I've used where they totally understood what I needed straight from the off. Instant transactions out of my account. First-of-its-kind features such as card freeze. Easy transfer of cash between friends and family. It's no coincidence that several months after Monzo burst onto the scene, banks began changing their digital services. And yet they still don't get it as spot on as Monzo. I feel completely safe banking with them. Plus! Easy to setup and use

Super easy

I wish Monzo existed when I moved to the UK - setting up a bank account back then was so difficult! With Monzo everything is easier, you can do everything from the app, and I love their coloured card. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking made friendly

It's seamless, I have the card the app and the assurance that should an issue arise, as it did with a card transaction that the team at the end of the app resolve it! Paying online with the ease and security of the app prompting me to check the transactions is worry soothed! The app itself is absolutely brilliant and I have rounded up over £120 in 5 months, that is far better than a jar! Within the app I can create saving pots and save towards events, which I do. Excellent
