Fantastic Money Management

I am constantly using Monzo to balance my funds using the pots and roundups features, which are incredible. Bills, Lifestyle and savings all separated out so i know what i can and cant spend in a month, but all within the same account is genius! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Friendliest bank!

I've been a Monzo customer for 4 years. Its technology is industry-leading, in my opinion, as I've held accounts with 2 other (traditional) banks in the UK. It is incredibly easy to do basic banking tasks and I don't get stopped in my tracks due to senseless security alerts like I do with Barclays, for example. Monzo's customer service is also the best in the game - they have always responded quickly and intelligently to my queries, which is more than I can say about other banks I'm with. How banking should be

I always thought banking was this laborious necessity, with banking hours that made no sense, processes that took so much time, and just a pain really. Monzo is everything I ever dreamed of, in a bank. Everything can be done online, transfers and payments done in an instant, and loads of great features, like the salary sorter, and having visibility of all my credit cards in one place. Love it!
