Just a simple, brilliant and overall pleasant experience. And we are talking about a bank right? Never thought I’d use these words together but Monzo made it happen. Great UI, customer service is fast and always easy to speak to and the queries are resolved fast and easy. What not to like? Bank for the under-banked

Monzo operates as a bank and provides its customer with basic banking account which is intuitive and easy from customer day to day naming needs.For me personally monzo helped me with a bank account opening and helped end my credit poverty which is most pronounced in developed economy. What all Banks should do

Other banks and credit cards have added in more features so try and catch up with Monzo but they are still the best in my view. I can do everything I need via the app and have much more confidence with managing my money. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
