Helpful and efficient

This online bank has a brilliant app which shows payments immediately. Their help section is efficient and caring. The chat feature is a bit slow but they always get there and deal with the issue Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Responsive, innovative and accessible

From account opening to being able to clearly understand wider service offerings - and thereby able to make informed and robust decisions about what options to take - I have found Monzo to be exceptionally innovative. Their level of customer engagement is high with queries being responded to promptly and, often, handled to conclusion on the first occasion. The applications on mobile and their web app (for business, which we also have with Monzo) are clear, easy to navigate and reliable as platforms. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
