Best bank ever

I have thoroughly enjoyed banking experience with monzo. I save money on pots, it tells me my spending habits and I have recommended to over 50 people including friends, relatives and work colleagues who have similar experiences and today their main bank account is Monzo. It’s so easy to navigate and the app is really cool. The joint account is a good feature as well and we use it for saving money in to different family pots. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Way ahead of the rest

Been a monzo customer for a few years now. Brilliant bank, the app tells you everything you need to know from scheduled payments to where you are spending your money the most. Banking as it should be, changed my finances for the better

Doing what High Street banks should've done a decade ago. Having joined Monzo in the beta stage when they were still called Mondo I've gradually gone full Monzo and can credit their service for giving me the tools to pay off £40k of credit card debt in less than 3 years. I'm now on track to be debt free before the end of the year and Monzo have been a big part of this achievement. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

What banking is supposed to be like

It was only when I switched to Monzo (on friends' insistence) that I realised just how bad the services and processes are with the high street banks! Monzo have been a breath of fresh air! Every transaction is so quick and easy, even when using the facilities abroad! And the cherry on the top; the foreign exchange rates are the best going! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Potty over pots

So where to begin, Monzo are easy to use, great for every day banking and the pots really make a difference. Every month like millions of people I have Direct debits leaving my account, at monzo when my salary goes in it gets auto sorted in to pots, one for rent, one for broadband etc. so I do not have to do the sums myself, so you know exactly how much is left. Now for customer service, What little interaction that I have needed with them they have always been top notch, polite and dealt with the issue quickly and professionally.
