The best online bank ever

I've been with Monzo couple of years now and at the moment I wouldn't change to any other bank, there is so many great features compare to normal high Street banks that are very useful and simple to use, clarity in everyday use, the app is simple to navigate through and as a premium customer you get so much more however I'd love to see more extra discounts or privileges for premium customers as this is the feature you pay for. Brilliant app, brilliant bank

A bank that I never have to think about

Often banks cause fear and dread whenever I have had to interact with them. While with Monzo I trust them to create a process that isn't exhausting. Monzo is the first and only bank I recommend to people cause it feels like it's actually been designed by humans. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

so simple and easy to use

Love the app and being able to have a virtual card that I can use online. If this gets comprised i can quickly geneeate a new one. Also love being able to access my salary at 4pm the day before. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
