Easy to use, great app and the extras are really helpful

I moved over from Barclays and Lloyds for both my personal and business accounts and will never look back. For ease of use, cost, and available bolt-ons it is without a doubt the best bank out there right now. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

What banking should be

Since joining Monzo, I've had nothing but good things to say about them. I've only had one thing I needed to speak to customer services about, and it was dealt with and solved within the hour. The fact that everything can de done via the app is amazing, and their budgeting tools and salary sorter has helped me save a lot of money. Other features such as being able to freeze my card if lost, and using virtual cards for subscriptions/sites I don't trust 100% is just a must for any bank really. I can see myself staying with them for a long time, other banks just aren't on the same level for me. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Awesome bank for young people

The flexibility of Monzo makes it great for a young person like me who needs to worry about budgeting. Monzo does a great job of having features to help out with all of that and more that not many other banks have. They also have excellent customer support and it’s so much easier doing a live chat rather than waiting in a phone queue. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Game changer
