Exactly what banking should be in 2021

They take all the hassle and stress away from banking and focus on what matters. Their customer service is second to none and when you think that it's all done via the app and live chat it makes it so much more impressive. The best!

Monzo is the newest and best bank in the UK. Over the years I’ve tried different banks but never expected I’d find everything I wanted in an online bank. I recommend them to everyone and I’ve moved all my accounts (current, savings, and business) over to them! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

The perfect bank

At first I was hesitant about an entirely online bank. My worries were quickly gone. I've been with Monzo for some time now and find every aspect easier and more user friendly than any other bank I've been with. From instant transaction notifications, to categories for grouping my spend, to pots for saving and putting money aside. I recommend Monzo to all my friends and family. We recently opened a joint account with them and bring on the day when they offer credit cards and other financial products. No issues recommending them as the best UK bank. How banking should be in 2021

Monzo is a rethink of banking for the smartphone era. Other banks treat apps as an add-on, but Monzo makes everything effortless to do from your phone. It would be hard to go back to the clunky apps of the high-street banks, that seem intent on putting an obstacle course between you and managing your money. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Makes it easy to see my money

Makes it really easy to see where my money is, notifications when money is spent which makes me feel safer about fraud, when recurring payments are expected to be paid, and budgeting into different categories. Makes it really easy to share money with other people on Monzo, like split bill, and request money from others too. I was sceptical because they didn't have a high street presence, but I needn't have been. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
