It's clear unlike legacy banks that monzo clearly cares about their customers. It's very focused towards doing the best for them, and everything they do is to make banking an easier and more palatable experience. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best bank ever!

Where do I start? These guys "get" people. They know how to ensure security from the start and how to make it easy to use. Best bit was paying for things in New Zealand, knowing that I wasn't returning home to astronomical charges for paying in a different country - there simply wasn't any! Keep it up, guys - you are doing great things and being disruptive in the market in a great way. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
